Music Monday: Finals Week Edition

I said last week that I probably wouldn't do a Music Monday this week because of finals, but, who are we kidding here - I'm a college senior. I need to procrastinate. Actually, I'm already done with 2 of my 3 finals & they both went really well. I still have a Social Work final essay on Thursday at 8am, but it's open-note & I'm hoping I can kind of BS my way through it. Senior Week (aka Decorah Drinkathon) begins tomorrow afternoon & goes through Saturday night & I wish I could take my last final tomorrow so I could go out tomorrow night, but alas, it was not meant to be.

Music....Tuesday?

I hope you all had a lovely Easter weekend. I spent the weekend at home hanging out with my family. I got to see my little cousin Elliot, who is getting so big! He can say mine, my brother's, & my sister's names & is just so adorable!

I got back to Luther yesterday late afternoon & started up on the homework while watching Dancing with the Stars (speaking of, Hanson performing "MmmBop!" - LOVE IT!). Still have a ton to do in the next week & a half before I go home for my sister's prom. But what really irked me is I woke up this morning ready to go take a Kaplan test for practicing the NCLEX. Well, I receive an e-mail from my professor that says the test will be open for taking TOMORROW (WEDNESDAY) & THURSDAY! Plus, she's sick so she cancelled class. My only class today. Yeah, it's great I have nothing to do except work on homework today and get started on my research paper, but I could have stayed home one last night & come back this afternoon!

Anyway, since I didn't get on my computer a whole lot during break, Music Monday will be today!

Music Monday

Because Nursing has taken over my life this week, I've decided to do Music Monday a day early. I probably won't be posting much at all this week either. My life looks like this:
 

Monday: Nutrition Test & Meeting with mentors for social work project

Tuesday: Nursing Test

Wednesday: HUGE Physical Assessment Lab Exam test out

Thursday: Jason Derulo concert (which I have no clue if I'm going yet!)

Friday: Same Day Surgery Observation (of which I need to find a ride to), Social Work midterm due, & Social Work Supplemental Response Essay due

Sounds fun, doesn't it? All I have been doing this weekend (with the exception of my mom, sister, & aunt coming down yesterday afternoon) has been STUDYING! Come Friday, this girl is doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING & ENJOYING IT! Right now I'm taking a Glee/lunch break which will probably, in all actuality, last until around 3pm. But enough complaining! Back to the music!!!!
